The service
eMotion provides customizable animation templates and an online editor. Every account can browse and preview the whole collection, and edit and render templates marked Free. Basic, Plus and Pro subscriptions let you edit and render the templates included in that plan, with the export options described for it. The collection changes over time. Export support depends on your browser, device and the selected template. Test your workflow before purchasing. Features that are still planned are not included in a purchase unless expressly listed at checkout.
Accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate details, and protect your password and authentication codes. Do not share or resell your account, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or upload malicious material. We may restrict access to investigate abuse; contact us to challenge a restriction.
Using animations
You may use exported animations from templates available under your plan in your own personal or commercial finished videos. You may not redistribute, sell or sublicense the editable templates, source code, or standalone library assets. Your existing rights to finished exports are not lost when a subscription ends. You retain rights in content you upload and must have permission to use it. Third-party assets, names, fonts and game imagery remain subject to their owners’ rights. eMotion is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Checkout, billing, receipts and applicable taxes are handled by Whop. The price, billing period and included features are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time from My account: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. You can also change plan or update your payment details from My account. Refunded or disputed payments end the related plan. Administrative changes to access do not themselves issue a refund.
Withdrawal, refunds and problems
Contact us for purchase support or a refund request. You can cancel a subscription yourself from My account. Consumers retain applicable statutory withdrawal and conformity rights. Immediate access alone is not treated by these terms as a waiver of withdrawal rights. Any applicable request to begin supply and acknowledgment about withdrawal must be expressly collected during checkout. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and changes
We may fix or update templates and temporarily interrupt access for maintenance. We will communicate material changes affecting paid access and provide the remedies required by applicable law. We do not promise compatibility with every browser or uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Contact and disputes
Contact support@emotion.gg first so we can try to resolve a problem. Romanian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. The competent courts and consumer authorities remain available under applicable law.
